UPDATE DECEMBER 2020: After a long hiatus (at home NOT due to Covid-19) I just re-established my home's cleaning service with 2 Girls, 1 Mop. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. While this particular service was somewhere between a deep and standard clean I may as well have paid for a deep clean but with a FULL HOUSEHOLD OF FURNITURE. Initially, I was so happy that when I called I spoke again to Brian, the Operations side of this wonderful, SMALL business but more so that his wife Jackie, the brilliant mind on the Direct Customer side of this amazing LOCAL service provide,r (and other staff) are still in business and employed even after this horrid Covid-19 crisis. I (somewhat) recently starting working again and my hours have been absolutely crazy. I can start working at 8am and not finish until 9pm or later so my housecleaning standards got out of hand quickly and completely. I called for a "deep cleaning" appointment for my initial clean with a bi-weekly service thereafter. It was mere days before the cleaning team was able to come out and I sure did realize what I'd been missing just cleaning the house myself for almost a year. Not only was the "standard" cleaning done but all of my bathroom and kitchen surfaces AND appliances were sparkling. Most notably though was how thorough the cleaning really was. My bathrooms were void of dust in the tiniest of places, my baseboards were crazy clean (especially notable in the kitchen under the coffee maker where my sleepy husband begins each long and crazy day with baseboard coffee spills) and allllll of our cat's toys were rescued from under all. of. the. furniture. I was impressed when we first moved to Gallatin from Baltimore in mid-2019 but I am not just more impressed but so grateful for 2 Girls 1 Mop because of their extreme professionalism and friendliness but also the kindness and care they take for my home and family, including our precious furbabies. From ease of scheduling, professional cleaning, respect of privacy and a truly heartfelt care for the households and families they serve, 2 Girls 1 Mop reigns supreme!! I used 2 Girls, 1 Mop for a large move-in clean with several special requests. Not only were they accommodating, they were highly professional, friendly and prompt. My new home was left extremely clean - better than new! I will definitely be using their services again soon.

The ladies was very friendly and on time. They did everything I asked them to do and they made me feel like they were a part of the family. I was very pleased! I will definitely use them again!

We were super-impressed with 2 Girls 1 Mop. After an initial visit involving a much-needed deep clean, we worked with them to create a regular cleaning routine that worked for our family and that left our home sparkly clean. They have a great online system and communication is great with text reminders, e-mail follow-up, and very courteous support staff that seem to really care about quality and service. Brooklyn and Stephanie are a mother-daughter team who have been assigned to us, and we hope they keep coming back. I highly recommend 2 Girls 1 Mop!
